About the concert
Inspired by the legendary Zagreb Guitar Trio, three friends also formed a trio. Petrit Çeku, Tomislav Vukšić, Pedro Ribeiro Rodrigues call themselves Trio Elogio and play mainly arrangements of piano and orchestral music. To make up, in their own words, for what the great composers failed to do: compose for guitar.
Meesters op de Gitaar
Meesters op de Gitaar concert series, the classical guitar series in the Amsterdam Concertgebouw, is organized by guitarist Esther Steenbergen and guitar maker Otto Vowinkel. The series consists of three concerts by internationally renowned guitarists and guarantees recitals of exceptional quality. In addition to the already established players, the series also offers opportunities to promising young guitarists.
