Conductor laureate Edo de Waart will bring out the best in the Netherlands Radio Philharmonic Orchestra, in Mendelssohn's picturesque 'Scottish' Symphony. Mezzo-soprano Catriona Morison will sing Mahler's melancholy Lieder eines fahrenden Gesellen, about lost love.
