About the concert
Frank Wienk, aka Binkbeats, gives a unique concert 'in the round' in the Choir Hall! Binkbeats stands in the middle, with the audience seated around him. A truly 'immersive' experience. For his new project OHM, Binkbeats collaborates with multidisciplinary artist Henk Schut. His electro-acoustic objects are combined with ritual percussion and influences from modern dance music. In the Choir Hall, the audience is surrounded by large resonating metal plates, a quadrophonic speaker setup floods you with sound while quiet passages alternate with thunderous chaos.
Important note for ADE Pro Pass holders
This event is free to attend for ADE Pro Pass holders. Limited number of tickets available. The venue reserves the free tickets up to 15 minutes before the start of the program. After the tickets will be released to other visitors. Make sure you claim your ticket on time at the box office in the main entrance hall (address: Concertgebouwplein 10).

It goes without saying that The Concertgebouw and jazz & pop music make a perfect combination. The stages of both the Main Hall and the Recital Hall have borne witness to nearly the whole of jazz history. Sarah Vaughan and Ella Fitzgerald have both performed here, as have Miles Davis and Louis Armstrong. Famous pop stars and bands that have graced the stage of the Main Hall include Frank Zappa, the Doors and the Eagles, to name but a few. Legendary concerts, in the present as well as the past.
