Tonight, Amsterdam guitar phenomenon Ginton - along with guest - artists will bring the Choir Hall to ecstasy for two hours. Two hours in which jazz, African dance music, house and many more warm-blooded musical influences come together. Musical trailblazer Ginton is proof that music is a universal language that knows no boundaries. So, no excuses: dance along!
Amsterdam-rooted DJ/Producer and guitarist Ginton is a sonic trailblazer, blending his signature guitar riffs with widely appealing beats. Beginning his musical journey at age 8 with piano and guitar, he honed his talent in Jazz Guitar at the Conservatorium van Rotterdam. Inspired by legends like Santana, and Jimi Hendrix, Ginton has produced for artists such as Drake, Koffee, Gordo, and Wizkid. His work on Drake’s Tie That Binds from the Honestly, Nevermind album topped the Billboard chart, while his production on Gordo’s Candid Zone hit #3 on the Billboard’s Top Dance/Electronic Albums chart. Fast forward, Ginton has created a blended signature that resonates with audiences far and wide. He propels his solo endeavor by founding his label imprint Woody Trees, a platform advocating for sonic landscapes that transcend electronic and acoustic boundaries.
