How to buy?

Information and order

  • You can select the value of the Gift Card at purchase. Order a gift card here.
  • The Gift Card is redeemable and for sale at our website, our box office and the Concertgebouwlijn (020 - 671 83 45).
  • When purchasing online, you will receive the digital voucher by e-mail and you can forward it or print it.

How to redeem?

  • In our website:
    • Select your desired concert in the agenda and add it to your cart.
    • In the last step before payment, enter your unique Gift Card number and pin-code.
    • Complete your order.

What conditions apply?

  • Concert tickets and additional programming can be purchased with the Concertgebouw voucher. This can be done via the website, via the Concertgebouw Line or at the box office of Het Concertgebouw.
  • The Gift Card is valid for two years from the date of issue, provided it bears an expiry date and a valid code.
  • The Concertgebouw voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in restaurant LIER, in café Viotta or in the foyers.
  • The value of the Concertgebouw voucher will be deducted from your order. If the value of your order is lower than the value of the Concertgebouw voucher, you can redeem the residual value with a subsequent order as long as the voucher is valid.
  • Only Gift Cards purchased from the 14 January 2020 can be validated online. Gift Cards bought before 14 January 2020 can only be redeemed at the box office or by making a reservation via the Concertgebouw Line (+31 20 671 83 45) or kassa@concertgebouw.nl.
