Group bookings
If you want to visit The Concertgebouw with 15 people or more, or you need an invoice, you can book your tickets through the Group Bookings Department up to 6 weeks before the concert. They can inform you about options and conditions. Please note that there is standard handling fee for group bookings of €20.
Advantages of a group reservation:
- Personal advice - your request is handled by a separate department with a personal approach;
- Extended reservation period - you can take an option up to 6 weeks before the concert date and change or cancel it free of charge;
- Payment by invoice - you can pay for your reservation by bank transfer or credit card no later than one month before the concert date. You will receive an invoice from our finance department.

Discounts:
Although group discounts do not apply as a rule, an exception can occasionally be made for students. Ask about the possibilities.

You can also contact our Group Department via groups@concertgebouw.nl. We can inform you about availability via the Concertgebouw line, however your request will always be processed by the Group Bookings Department. The Concertgebouw Line is open daily between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.: +31 20 671 83 45.
