Secure tickets
For some concerts only Secure Tickets are available. These tickets cannot be downloaded immediately after purchase, but only become available 75 minutes before the concert starts. During these 75 minutes, the tickets will be available in your online account as a changing QR code. Secure Tickets are intended to prevent resale of tickets.
Please note before ordering these tickets:
- It is not possible to order tickets for someone else without going to the concert yourself. This is because the Secure Tickets with QR codes are only available via your smartphone in your own online account, from 75 minutes before the concert.
- It is not possible to forward Secure Tickets.
- It is not possible to use screenshots of the Secure Ticket with QR code. These do not work because the QR code is constantly changing.
- It is not possible to order hardcopy tickets or regular e-tickets.
- It is not possible to print tickets.
Concert attendance: prepare at the entrance
If you are going to the concert with a group, it is necessary to enter at the same time with your entire party. This is because the tickets are only in the online account of the person who ordered the tickets. Please make sure your phone battery is charged.
Would you be kind enough to arrive well in advance and log in to your Concertgebouw account on your smartphone before your Secure Ticket is scanned at the entrance? This is how it works:
- Log in via the confirmation email (which you received immediately after ordering the tickets).
OR
- On your smartphone, go to www.concertgebouw.nl and click 'Login' at the bottom right.
- Log in with the same email address you used when ordering the tickets and enter the corresponding password.
- Click on the concert and then the red 'Show ticket' button to display and then have it scanned.
